  • Unworn items without an original receipt will be issued a store credit or exchange based on the current selling price.

  • In cases where we cannot refund the original form of payment, rest assured, we’ve got you covered with an E-gift card issued via email.

Non-Refundable Items

  • It’s essential to note that products returned outside of the return period or items worn, damaged, or not in their original packaging are non-refundable.
  • Initial shipping costs are also non-refundable; we will issue a refund for the cost of the items plus tax only.

Gift Card Redemption

  • For our customers holding CT, MA, CA, SKECHERS gift cards with a balance of less than $10.00 remaining, we happily offer the option to redeem them for cash upon request.
